Art Show Invitation

I had the honor of designing the invitation postcard and promotional poster for an art installation at Emmanuel College, which paid tribute to the late Paul Fowler, the brother of my former advisor. A skilled calligrapher throughout his life, Paul’s artistry and craftsmanship were central to the exhibition. The event was a heartfelt celebration of his life and work, and I aimed to capture the emotional significance of the show through my design.

The invitation postcard featured a thoughtful and elegant layout, conveying the essence of the installation, while the promotional poster emphasized the artistic and commemorative nature of the event. Through a careful balance of imagery and typography, I worked to ensure that both pieces reflected the dignity of the occasion and the legacy of the individual being honored. This project allowed me to contribute creatively to a deeply personal and meaningful event.
